Q How do we instruct ‘Debt Recoveries’ to collect a debt?
A This is simple. Just Register on line, then login, and follow our user friendy on-line instructions. It doesn’t take more than 5 mins.
Q What information do ‘Debt Recoveries’ require to collect our debt(s)?
A The only information we need to start work and collect your debt(s) is all set out in the ‘Debt Recoveries’ instruction form. It basically comprises of all your Debtor details, and details of the outstanding invoice(s).
Q Who receives the money from the debtor?
A In the first instance, either of us might do so. Should the debt be paid to ‘Debt Recoveries’ then we will send the funds straight to you (once the payment has cleared).
Q Are there any other charges?
A Only if you need to initiate court proceedings. This incurs court fees. For more information on FEES, click the FEES tab.
Q Our debt is complicated so we are not sure that ‘Debt Recoveries’ can help us. Can we contact someone about it to discuss the whole matter without charge or obligation?

Q Does ‘Debt Recoveries’ undertake legal action?
A We can help you initiate the whole process and advise and guide you on the best course of action. We can arrange for you to be represented in Court should any given case become defended and get that far.
Q Are there any types of debt you won’t handle?
A ‘Debt Recoveries’ is predominantly a B2B Debt Collection Operation. We have taken a policy decision not to chase non business debts, such as consumer debt. We can usually always help whenever your business requires debt recovery/debt collection assistance.
Q Will we lose our customer if we ask ‘Debt Recoveries’ to recover the debt from them?
A There is a chance your business relationship with any given debtor/customer will not be affected. However, you will need to make a commercial decision whether it’s worth your while doing future business with them given their erratic payment history.
Q If we have lost contact with our customer, can ‘Debt Recoveries’ track them down?
A Usually yes we can. This can be achieved easily enough through our market leading service: ‘Debt Recoveries Trace’.
Q Is there either a minimum number of debts or a minimum value to the debts that ‘Debt Recoveries’ will collect on our behalf?
A No – and neither is there a maximum.
