How we operate:
1. Clients register with us for FREE – which gives them secure access to D.R.U.I.D – our award winning Case Management System.
2. Clients add details of invoices that need collecting.
3. Clients can then immediately start the debt recovery/collection process, using a series of unique letters/payment demands, ranging from gentle to the firm.
Fees:
We are the only debt collection agency in the UK to offer a choice of DIY software*, ‘no win – no fee’ debt collection or a monthly subscription service.
*We charge 10% commission on any case ‘escalated’ (where we are formally instructed to take on the case) on successful collection of the same.

There are other debt collection agencies which offer a “no win, no fee” service and there are certainly benefits to this particular method (and this can be pursued if this is your preferred option) but in addition we also offer a subscription service, a sort of “pay as you go” if you like, which means that by the time you have recovered the debt with help from our innovative software, any fees due have already been paid, and you pay no commission nor any other fees at all.
So, we offer two solid options before you start, and once registered with us (registration is free) you will have full access to our highly effective and easy to use case management system software (codenamed D.R.U.I.D) where unpaid invoices are entered into the system and the debt recovery process is begun, with you in charge, unless and until the debt if paid or you choose to officially escalate the case – meaning seemlessly pass it over to ‘Debt Recoveries’ to officially collect themselves, in which case, and only when we are successful, a modest 10% commission charge will be payable on all sums recovered.
